Adam Rose to retire as Secretary and Committee Member
 Nomination for new Acting Secretary and committee member – Ben Ashcroft.  Proposed by Doreen Smillie-Gray and seconded by Hugh Donovan.

Millie Pocock standing down as Treasurer and restanding for the position, proposed by Hugh Donovan and seconded by Lorraine Elliot.

Hugh Donovan, Michael Rogers and Lorraine Elliot standing down from the committee and up for reelection.
