Our 5th Open Show was held at the Kennel Club Building in Stoneleigh on 7th May 2017.
Our judges were Nicole Coe (Abbanash) for the main classes and Helen Taylor-Morris (Pelenrise) for the
Carina Smillie Memorial Special Award Classes.
The weather was glorious and we had a very successful day. The results and Critique from the main show are found below, and Special Award Classes will follow soon.

Correct size and medium bone. Well proportioned in body with good topline and correct tail set. Moved true out and back with good reach and drive in profile.
2 Angus’ Indijazz Against All Odds Of Sparkenhoe 12 month s/l bitch. Taller and rangier than winner but very much in proportion. Very feminine head with good length of muzzle, again eyes yet to darken. Balanced angles with strong topline, just needs time to fill her frame. One of the very few on the day with correct coat texture. Moved well.

Lovely front assembly with good forechest and good return of upper arm. Nice proportions and bone with correct depth of chest. A well muscled sound and balanced dog who unfortunately just went a bit flat in the challenge.
2 Sielski’s Orchidstar Xtra O’live JW l/t well proportioned bitch of correct size and substance. Good shoulder and body, well sprung rib with correct depth. In lovely condition with good muscle. Moved true out and back but not the reach and drive in profile of 1 today.

Well angulated in both front and rear and stands on excellent feet. Holds a lovely topline both stacked and on the move. Short backed with correct depth of chest. Very sound and true on the move. Presented in excellent condition. Best Overall Stakes Winner.
2 Mould & Birds Koolwaters Cream Cracker l/t dog. Mature dog with good head and nice eye. Excellent length of neck into well laid shoulder. Good forehand with correct depth and breadth of chest.
