I would like to thank the committee for asking me to judge. I felt very honoured to be asked and to have a fabulous entry of some lovely dogs. My thanks to my stewards Mrs Doreen Smillie-Gray and Mr Andy Cook for keeping the ring well organised. Just two things that I was disappointed to see was so many dogs with dirty teeth and some of the younger dogs were a little over weight, for my liking, which spoiled their top line on the move.

This 6 & half month old has a lovely outline although she is a little tall than her classmates, she is of correct shape and well balanced. With a pleasing expression and correct head planes, she has a nice shape eye and ears of correct size. Ample reach of neck into shoulders and depth of chest following into a clean front and firm top line. She moved with drive and covered the ground with ease. BEST PUPPY BITCH & BEST PUPPY IN SHOW.
2nd - Waddell, MAGREGOR WALK OF NO SHAME.
This young lady was enjoying herself as she played her handler and runner up which was a pity as there was a few seconds that she stood correctly and moved. She has a very pretty expression and good head with a good reach of neck into clean shoulder. A nice firm top line, flowed into firm hindquarters. She stood on good strong legs and feet, but just needs time to settle.

This solid liver bitch has head of correct proportion and size, she is nice in outline with a good reach neck into shoulders with good strong firm top line and tail set high. Just needs time to settle.

19 months old, just slightly smaller than one, but still nice in outline. Pleasing head and expression with a good reach of neck, good chest and nice clean quarters. Stood on good legs and feet with sufficient turn of stifle.

She stood on good legs and feet and has sufficient turn of stifle and nice clean hindquarters. Note to handler: please don’t wear brown with a brown dog because at times you merged with the dog.

I believe that this was the first show for both of them and they both did very well. Solid liver dog which is nice in outline and possesses a clean neck that flows into well laid shoulders. Nicely ribbed body but I would just prefer a little less weight which spoiled his topline and made him roll when moving.

This male is slightly taller than one but still in proportion. With a pleasing head and good clean shoulders and firm topline, this dog has good depth of chest to elbows and nice clean hindquarters.

This dog could change place with one any day, but occasionally stood untidy. Head of correct proportions,with a lovely shape eye and dark colour.
