J (7, 3a):
1 Adams’ Tequesta Poldark JW, very smart l/w dog of 14 months, masculine, stands over his
ground on lovely tight feet, brisket down to elbow & elbows close to the chest wall, a picture of flowing lines
with a strong topline, correct rear angles, well-muscled thighs & hocks vertical to the ground. Scored both
standing & moving, skilfully presented. Must have a very bright future;
2 Peebles’ Seasham Too Much Heaven,
l/w bitch just still a baby of nearly 8 months. Appeals in outline, she really stacks up well & has
good posture holding a strong topline. Deep brisket, lovely ribbing, correct turn of stifle. She is not as
together on the move as 1 at present but this will come in time;
3 Smillie-Gray & Gray’s Pelenrise Blow Me A Kiss from Oakberrow.
PG (9, 3a):
1 Angus’ Keigame Hearts Desire of Sparkenhoe AI JW, l/w spotted of nearly 2 years,
feminine, nice proportions, good bone for size, brisket down to elbow. Good depth of flew & open nostrils,
clean neck into well laid shoulders, correct rear angulation. Occasionally she would stand a little rocking
horse-y but this was never apparent on the move or when glimpsing her off guard. She is well made &
displayed co-ordination & soundness on the move;
2 Jackman & Jackman’s Navigareamor Spring Tide,
b/w ticked bitch of 3 years, appeals in outline, well balanced with strength through the loin & well-muscled
rear quarters. Stands on compact feet, good bone for size, correct turn of stifle. Preferred the movement of
1;
3 Russell’s Fraulynzway Lightning Bolt JW.
O (10,4a):
What a top quality class – it was very hard to pick between the exhibits & made all the more
difficult by being a mixed sex class.
1 Izard’s Ch Yockletts Hambledon, beautiful l/w ticked bitch, so very
sound both standing & moving, nothing is exaggerated, just lovely balanced angles fore & aft. Beautiful
outline, clean neck into well laid shoulders, good coat & depth of brisket, taut through the loin & sound on
the move. Lovely to go over – in good condition with well-defined muscles. Very anatomically sound & hard
to ignore;
2 Bowler’s Sh Ch Winterwell Iggy Inch JW,
such a sound handsome boy, has won under me before. Appeals in outline, short back with a good firm topline. He is lovely to go over, good front assembly, well laid shoulders, strong over the back & through the loin, good rear angles. Feeling the heat streaming into the hall today so was not at his best on the move;
3 Sielski’s Sh Ch Orchidstar Bolts Of Speed.
